Independent Contractor vs. Union Member
On the PGA Tour, each individual golfer are their own entity / Independent Contractor and responsible for every minute thing & control their own destiny, week-in and week-out. These Pro’s have are in charge of their travel, lodging, meals, etc. (Let alone their golf game) day after day, week after week.
In the NBA, the basketball players have contracts, like a Union Member that are paid to them whether or not they are able to perform form one-day-to-the-next.
Notice how the Best NBA Teams ALL work together and don’t rely so much on the Super-Star player to control their fate. Everybody does their part or role - if you will, and that Team always wins the championship!
In Network Marketing (almost) anyone can be a Star, but the Team Players have a significant advantage when plugged into a Team environment in which they are able to feed-off one another and get specific tasks done systematically. This is how big Down-Lines / Teams are created and last for generations!
